Do you like books by Margaret Wise Brown? Then boy do I have a book for you! Runaway Bunny is about a bunny who thinks he wants to run away. His mom treats him like a baby and he doesn’t like it! Will he run away? You’re just going to have to read the book to find out!

The part that made me laugh in the Runaway Bunny is when he said “If you become a tree, I’ll become a sailboat and sail away.” This story reminds me of when I could not choose what I wanted to be for Halloween. My favorite illustration is when the bunny was blown away from his mother and was in the ocean. When I read this book, and I have read it a thousand times, it makes me feel like I am opening a door to another world.

I think every kid should read this book. If you like bunnies and adventures, you will be blown away by this story. Readers will love the illustrations in this book. The pictures are dazzling and show all the places the bunny runs away to. These places the bunny goes to are elegant and stunning.
