Henry and Mudge and the Happy Cat

If you like cats this is a book for you! The book is about Henry, Mudge, and Henry’s father who were watching TV. Mudge gets up and starts barking at the door. Henry and his dad get up and open the door to see what’s behind it. Read the book to find out who or what is behind the door! This is a great book! The pictures represent the words wonderfully!

The book reminds me of when my Dad saw a cat then we fed him two bowls of milk and cat food. The connection I have is my cat Patches looks just like the cat in this book.

I think 1st to 3rd graders should read this book. I think it will be too hard for Kindergarten and way too easy for 4th graders. The cat in this book will interest the reader because he’s funny, and shabby. This book has 48 pages.
