Junie B. Jones is a Party Animal

In this funny book, a girl named Junie B. Jones, the B. is short for Beatrice, stays up late at a sleepover. People call her Junie B. Junie B. and her friend, Grace get invited to a sleepover at their very rich friend Lucille’s house. Will this slumber party work out? Read the book to find out

I like the story the author wrote in this book because I love sleepovers. I like how Junie B. and her friends stay up late. This book kind of reminds me about a time of my life because once, my two friends came over and we stayed up late, too. I think this is a very good book because it is very funny. One funny example is when Lucille, Grace and Junie B. sneaked into the guest room and started jumping on the big guest room bed. They started hitting each other with the very soft pillows. I thought that was very funny. I like the character Junie B. because she is always being so silly, weird and funny and sometimes she can be naughty and sneaky. One example is, once she was eating a food called beans and franks and some of it fell off the fork and landed on a white tablecloth. Her friend’s nana got upset.

I recommend this book to people who like comedy. This is a book that will make you laugh when you are reading it. I think that kids 5 to 9 years old would enjoy this book.
