I like this book because I like scary things, like beasts or many beasts. The beast looks like a monster. I liked this book because I liked the pictures of the forest. I also liked it because it was a sad book at the beginning that ended happily. I also liked that the beast went to New York City, which is where I live. The beast likes the park and I like the park too. The beast walked all around the world, and I like to walk too. The beast likes strawberry cake and I do too. The beast was looking for his friends like I do. The beast swims and I love swimming.
At the middle of the story it was sad because the beast was looking for his friends but couldn’t find them. Then at the end the beast was happy because the beast found his friends and all the beasts had a party.
I would recommend this book to a boy who likes scary things, like beasts. If you like walking and swimming a lot, you would love this book. If you ever want to visit New York, or like chocolate cake or feeding berries to birds, you might enjoy this book because the beast does that. This book would be good for a 5 year-old to read, up to age 10. I’m 8 and I really liked this book.
