Henry and Mudge and the Best Day of All

"I'm having a birthday today," Henry said to Mudge. The date was May 1st and Henry wanted Mudge to wake up. When Mudge woke up they went downstairs. His house was full of balloons and his dad took birthday pictures. They ate and ate a yummy breakfast. Then the birthday party started. You can read the rest of the book to find out about Henry's great birthday party.

We really liked this book. It made us start to think about how we want our next birthday parties. One of our favorite parts was when they played all the games and Henry's birthday cake was cool. It looked like Henry's fish tank. It was fun to see the pictures of Henry's house full of balloons.

We think everyone should read this book because it shows a really fun birthday party and it can give you ideas to do at your own birthday party.
