Squanto

This book is about Squanto and his tribe. The big idea of the story is Squanto meeting the whitemen from England. When he got back all of his tribe members had died from a bad sickness. Squanto stayed and helped the whitemen hunt, fish and farm.

I liked the illustrations in this book because they were realistic.

I felt worried for Squanto when he was captured by Captain Hunt. I was afraid Squanto wouldn't be able to go back home.

I thought this book was scary and really good. It was scary when he was captured. It was good when he was a very adventurous person and went to England with the whitemen.

I recommend this book to 1st through 4th graders.
