Nate the Great and the Halloween Hunt

This book tells about a Halloween story. Some of the characters are Nate the Great, Annie, Rosamund, Sludge, Big Hex, Super Hex, and Plain Hex. Nate is looking for the 3 cats and he heard clinking and clanking. He is in the haunted house. He saw three pairs of eyes glowing in the dark. You may think that the eyes are the 3 cats. Read to find out the rest of the story.

My favorite part is when the 3 eyes are glowing in the dark because it looks like someone is making a funny face. My favorite character is Sludge. He is Nate's dog. I like him because when he is with Nate sometimes they find clues together. I had a connection when three cats were in the dark and I saw that too in the alley right by a house.

I recommend this book to kids who can read chapter books because it good for second and third graders to read.
