Thank You Mr. Falker

This book is about a girl who has trouble reading. When she gets to fifth grade her teacher Mr. Falker finds out. He has her make loops, letters, and numbers on the board to help her learn to read from left to right. Read the book to see if Trisha finally learns how to read.

We liked the book because it teaches you a lesson to treat others the way you want to be treated. Our favorite character is a new character because he was kind to Trisha. His name is Mr. Falker.

Our favorite part was the illustrations. Madison liked the book because it showed how Trisha liked Mr. Falker. Rachel liked the illustrations for the same reasons, but also because they are different from other books.

We recommend this book to people who enjoy picture books and Patricia Polacco books. We also recommend this book to people who like learning lessons.
