When Henry gets sick he gets popsicles, crackers and comic books. When he feels better he jumps out of bed. No one thinks that Mudge could catch a cold or germs because he is a dog. We don’t think of our pets getting sick. Read this book to find out what happens to Mudge when he is not feeling well.
I liked this book because I like dogs and because sometimes I like getting sick. When I get sick, I mean not too, too sick I get to stay home and watch TV and stay in my PJ’s. My favorite part is when Henry gave Mudge a BIG kiss because Mudge was getting better. Henry was happy that Mudge was no longer sick. This book makes me think of when I will get a dog. I really want a dog.
I recommend this book for dog lovers. I also recommend this book for kids ages 4 to 9. It teaches you how to be a best buddy.
